Dieting

I have been considering changing my diet to improve my stomach health. I've been eating less and less junk food lately, because my stomach simply won't accept it. I feel better about that. However, I still get sick, and I'm wondering if it is because of the food I eat. There's a part of me that doesn't want to touch veganism or anything like it, but there's also a part of me that thinks it might be healthier. I do not think eating meat is immoral, but I think maybe I eat too much of it. I might try eating under different diets and see how I feel after a week or so. I know that's a short time to test-drive a diet, but I've got to figure something out to get my guts back in line.
 
Consult a doctor and get tested for stomach infections or food intolerance. Also, get off of any medication you can leave out, even stomach meds. If there's some you can't leave out talk to the doc about a different kind of medication.
