This is just something quick and amusing my son showed me.

Go to google.com and search for:

do a barrel roll

and see what happens. :)

A reference to a popular meme! I am curious how you came to learn about this joke. I would imagine that the internet meme subculture would be....not well approved of by religious folk.

WARNING: For those sensitive to offense, I would not recommend exploring that website other than the specific page linked....

Edit: N/m, I see that your son showed you. Makes sense.

I didn't click on anything! I just did the search and saw what happened!

Someone just suggested to do this on facebook. I don't know what you're talking about, but perhaps it's best if people don't click on "the link" once you do the search to see what happens. :wave

"A meme ( /ˈmm/http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meme#cite_note-cream-0) is "an idea, behavior or style that spreads from person to person within a culture."

The word meme is a shortening (modeled on gene) of mimeme (from Ancient Greek μίμημα <small></small>, "something imitated", from μιμεῖσθαι mimeisthai, "to imitate", from μῖμος mimos "mime")http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meme#cite_note-3 and it was coined by the British evolutionary biologist Richard Dawkins in The Selfish Gene (1976)http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meme#cite_note-4 as a concept for discussion of evolutionary principles in explaining the spread of ideas and cultural phenomena. Examples of memes given in the book included melodies, catch-phrases, fashion and the technology of building arches."

A knock-knock joke is a meme, for example. The site linked is interesting in that it chronicles the developments, origins, and popularity of internet related memes. And as you could imagine, there are some memes that people here might find unappetizing.

Okay, well, thanks for that!

Now, let's just take this at face value and let others have fun doing the search! :salute

You'd have to be on an Italian cruise line to make you that kinda seasick. :)

Interesting... some systems do this trick, and some don't... :chin
