Oh no. Too humble for that. Save your validation for someone else. You can look down on me if you want. I can admire you. That works better doesn't it? We can't both be humble. That wouldn't work. I can be the low status guy. You can use me as a yardstick..."At least I'm not as _____ as Humble Soul." My sins can raise your profile!

..go ahead then...put me on another pedestal.......it's hard not to get a big head though...admire me for my humility. No one does humility like me.

I admired my father. He really was a humble soul. No pretension. No intellectual ego. No need to be put on a pedestal. I wish I had given him more respect in my lifetime. He deserved it.

I am thinking of a certain sibling. I think he likes to be admired. Though he will deny it. He is not an overtalkative type. Prefers to chime in at the end, with a definitive opinion. Or dismiss others ....get the feeling we don't get along? correct
