Yes it is a circumcision of our hearts BY GOD not man. It is how God writes a new covenant on our hearts. If one does not have the Spirit of Christ in them they are not of the faith. As is check to see if you are in the faith....If one does not have the Spirit of Christ in them they do not belong to Jesus as Paul wrote in Romans.

This is well understood by Christians.
