Ok, I am not trying to start a fight. Just for the record. If you are vegan, vegetarian, or just eat super healthy than I get what youre saying, but most people eat all things. and its not bad when you eat them in moderation. This I have learned.
From the things that i have herd, i try to eat as healthy as possible. All that processed stuff is really not good for us. Maybe once a month though. And just because people eat it doesn't make it good. A lot of it causes some of thr things wrong with people today. Makes your kidneys work overtime to much! And shortens our life. The Bible says that we are supposed to live 120 years, and science agrees. But if we eat to much man made stuff, it does not give our bodies what we need. If it did, there would be no reason to take vitamins, or probiotics and such.
