Boise police are among America's finest, but sometimes their job is too easy.

Three suspects robbed a convenience store on the Bench, early this morning. Took off with cash and some cigarettes. Used guns in the process, instant felony that.


The thing is...it snowed last night. And, Boise isn't exactly the kind of place that has a lot of pedestrian and vehicle traffic at 1:30 in the morning.

Yep, the police just followed the tracks in the snow.

Arrested are Joel A. Barnett, 19, Joriah A. Barnett, 20, and Levi H. Fehrs, 20.

I once heard a story about a guy who robbed a place and then went up into the ceiling to take a nap. He was caught when his phone rang.

I read somewhere about a guy who tried to rob a gun store. Needless to say, it didnt end well. :D

We have a local radio station that has a 10 minute morning program called, "Stupid Criminals." It is funny what some people do. Some of the stories are truly sad in a weird kind of way too.

Some of the funny ones I've heard include:
Rob a retailer and leave their wallet behind.
Lock their keys inside the getaway car.
The getaway car runs out of gas.
Hiding inside until the place closes but get locked inside.
I listen to this program most mornings. If it's alright I'll try to remember some of them and post them here next week.

Okay Dora... I ran a search on YouTube. Criminals are obviously criminals because they are too stupid to hold a day job. I will stop laughing soon. Well, most probably before the end of the week anyway..
