Eat the seeds, for cryin' out loud!

So bread isn't much of an everyday dish in Thailand?

Sorry for late reply....busy working couldn't log in...sigh...anyhoo..to answer your question No,bread IS gaining in popularity,but they sweeten it unless you go to a Japanese,Laotian or German bakery (nearest to me is about 100km) Thai's idea of carbs is rice. Rice at breakfast,lunch, dinner and most snacks! And do you think I can get brown rice here? No! FACT:Thailand is THE largest exporter of rice in the world...brown rice? bah.....think I'll head on over to the rant page now to get it outa my system.....

That may be true, but as I pointed out earlier one should only eat as many seeds as they do the whole fruit. So, how many people eat 30 apricots in a day, or even 5 for that matter? To eat 30 apricot seeds and say, only one apricot to go with them presupposes I threw out the other 29. Wasteful to say the least, and not a normal way of eating. One should only eat a few servings of fruit a day at most, say 3 max. I'm more of a meat, egg and vegetable eater. I don't eat as many fruits or "grains" so erroneously called. When I do eat fruit, such as now, it's something we or a relative grew --- we have tons of strawberries right now, and I don't think anyone will debate that we definitely eat those seeds.
