Cranberry juice, when included in the diet on an occasional basis (once a week, maybe twice) helps the kidneys. As with any thing good for us, over-doing a good thing can create problems. Still, cranberries are good!

Indeed...a Cranman should drink cranberry juice! I do appreciate the irony there.

lol. ocean spray closed a long time ago. im actually as we speaking looking at old arials that are of the time that would be visible. they didn't take photos of that. I will check again.

youre right airdancer I have to start doing that and also not have both iced coffee and coke in the mornings.I get to sleep in everyday because i work nights so theres no reason for me to overdo it like i do on caffeine I guess my body has just gotten used to it.Coke I can do without but I love coffee.

I see nothing wrong with having coffee in the morning, hallowbonnie. For that matter, coffee is a great drink all day long! Having the occasional Coke isn't bad for you either. (Just don't add a scoop or two of ice cream with every Coke!)

they didn't grow them here, just processed them and orange juice. it was near the county dump . it was well light at night and visible from where I used to live. many dreams as a boy about that place.
I wish I had some ground views of that place then.

Alot better the pain is much less though and I havent had to use what they prescribed me yet if the pain gets too bad I will but so far prayer and ice packs have got it down.Thank you and God bless you.
