"For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God" (Eph 2:8 KJV).
1) What does 'that not of yourselves' refer to? - that: τοῦτο nominative singular neuter
2) What is the 'gift of God' referring to? - gift: δῶρον nominative singular neuter
3) Does the grammar indicate what that and the gift is? - God's grace, His salvation, faith; or all three.
4) How does Eph 2:8 relate to Eph 2:4-5 "But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)"
