It is by the fruits of our labor done unto the glory of the Lord and by his grace, Ephesians 2:8, that when we submit ourselves to continue in His work that those works brings about Gods favor towards his children. This is a study on Esther as she was devout Jewish women who stood on her belief in God and was willing to lay her own life down for her compassion on her people. Esther was steadfast and unmovable, being instructed by God she brought Gods people out from under those who wanted to persecute them to death.
The question before you is: Are you an Esther or do you hide in your comfort zones!
ESTHER
1:1-22 God can use those of unbelief, like King Ahasuerus to bring about belief in the power of God. Esther had to humble herself and her principles in God to be made an effective servant of God.
2:1-20 God made away through Mordecai to make sure Esther was brought before the king with the other women. Esther was to be the forerunner for the freedom of Gods children. God kept it hidden from the king for a time that Esther was a Jewish woman.
2:21-22 God uses Esther to preserve the life of the king by warning him of the plot to kill him. King Ahasuerus had to remain alive in order for Esther to find favor through him for her people. God used the love that the king had for Esther in his plan of redeeming His children from the enemy.
3:1-5 Man always tries to change the laws to justify their own vanities. Hebrews7: 11, 12 the priesthood
4:11 Esther's love for God and her people, now is willing to lay down her life for them even though she knew it could mean certain death. John 15:13
5-6 Vanity and being puffed up before man will also be your downfall, especially if you are serving the Lord. Matthew 23:13-36
7:1-10 Now it was Gods timing to reveal Esther as being a Jew to the king in order to do away with the principality, (Haman), that could have brought certain death to the Jews. Everything is in Gods timing according to His promises in his word.
8:1-8 once a decree was signed by the king it could not be reversed. (Be careful for what you ask for)
8:9-14 Freedom does not come without a price to be paid. Like Jesus paid the price for our freedom from the curse of sin.
8:17 the witness of the power and the movement of God brought many to believe in His power and authority.
9:1-32 the power of God always prevails against the enemy.
