What we are studying in Ezekiel 9:1-11 is the third part of the four visions Ezekiel was given as this one was about the slaying in Jerusalem being a part of Judah's judgement turning their back on God going after other gods.

1. Call to the six men 9:1-3
2. Command to slay the wicked 9:4-7
3. Weeping of Ezekiel 9:8-11.

I found it very interesting that the religion of Islam teaches of a beast, Dābbat al-Arḍ also known as the Beast of the Earth, rising as well and will mark all the faithful believers in Allah and the teachings in that religion states that by being a true believer (in Allah), it will cause their forehead and/or right hand to shine/radiate in the Hadith interpretations. This beast will then wipe out all non-believers of Allah and the Muslims will be pleased by this. So the more hard-lined Islamists actually look forward to the beast.

Many things we find interesting, but not all things are of God and false teachings of the misguided of false religions that are out there. This is why we need to test the spirits that try to teach us, 1John 4:1-6.

That is a very interesting insight. Not all subscribe to my eschatology and that's fine, but I've long held that the Antichrist will be Islamic. Any way you could provide me with the source material on what you are here stating above?
