Creationist: It is all so complicated, you even have yourself confused. Don't you think that sometihg that hoplessly complex just can't be right, especially when the explanations change from year to year. All these thoeries seem to wind up contradicting one antother, so the scientists have to create ever more elaborate stoires. Suddnely you wind up with 11 dimentional hyperspace and other idiotic ideas. It is all really a self prepetuating mythology. Occhams Razor states that the simplest explanation is the true one. Here, I have some very simple explanations that have not changed in thousands of years. I am just talking common sense here.

Bottom line is there's really no debate. Evolution is an established science that's not going away while YECism is not. The whole point for us to "debate" is to educate YECs about what evolution really is and to correct the misinformation that's spreading out there.

I havent seen any argument start this way, its usually the other way around, except (i will use C=creationists and E=evolutionists in this post) C's call down satan on us.

Ive never sees any c's ask for a explaination, they dont believe the evidence and therefore wont bother to even learn the true definition of evolution.

Your explanation of what E's say is exactly why E's dont even bother half the time. For staters, you apparently dont have any idea how science works. Unlike C's, science leaves room for knew information and evidence, because science is always learning and trying to improve itself. When something comes along and proves something wrong, we admit it and try to understand it. Is being honest in saying that science dosent know everything really a downfall? In the past things like learning to wash your hands to stop the spread of germs seems like a good thing to me. Without failure, we wouldnt have sucess.

Life is complicated, but just because its complicated dosent mean it isnt true. And if you understood the theroies then you would know they dont contridict each other. Its only whan C's step in and say a theroy isnt what science says it is. Example: "If we evolved from monkeys, why are there still monkeys?" Evolution dosent say we evolved from monkeys, it says in the past (millions of years ago) we shared a common ansestor.

I don't understand the anger towards evolution myself. I see it around here all of the time. Evolution dosent say anything about God, it just says this is what happened AFTER life was already here. God very well may have started life and been directing it, or he may not have been. It dosent address the issue. If there is any anger, its from the C's, they seem to have such little faith that even the idea of evolution offends them. E's are just trying to correct all of the false information they put out to keep the lies going.

I think you have the roles reversed. Science is open to all to see while Creationism tries to hide behind religion and faith that can not be verified.

Look at it this way, half of scientists believe in a god. 95% of all scientists believe in evolution. So about half of scientists believe in God and evolution. Their bias would be to reject evolution, but they know science enough that they have to accept evolution despite what the Bible says.

My experience has been that Creationists use bad science and bad research to try to discredit evolution. When a Creationists uses the second law of thermodynamics to try to disprove evolution, I know immediately that they do not understand that law. They are parroting back what they heard from someone else without comprehension. If you try to explain the 2nd law, they rarely will listen.

I’ve seen it both ways. We’re all at various stages of understanding and different maturity levels and some of the most vicious people are dogmatic evangelicals who try to show love by beating the other person over the head with the message. The true message is love for every person, regardless of their views. To follow Christ, we are to say the truth in love. If there is no love, there is no point and we might as well be quiet.

I should have looked you up before i spent the time on such a long post.

Professing themselves to be wise they (the intelligent and educated) became fools. When cornered with the sheer stupidity of the theory of evolutionist, evolutionists attack just like a cornered rat will attack. So, yes they are attacking, but it is a futile despeerate gesture. Pathetic really. But when you know deep down inside that your whole world view is a lie then what else have you got left but to attack the
righteous.

Charles Darwin was a sick sick man to begin with. His delusional fantasies brought on even more sickness - this time physical. Devine retribution? Perhaps. Why would anyone listen to the ravings of such a lunatic? Darwin is to evolutionists what Confucious is to confusionists or Frued is to fruediens. Maybe a better comparison is Manson to his followers.

It seems that these evolutionists don't even know how to debate. They just attack and attack with rhetoric. How about LISTENING for a change, how about opening your minds for a moment or two. I don't even bother to read what they write if it's more then 2 or 3 lines because I know what its going to say anyways. So why waste my time. I think some of these evoluionists are just such miserable and hate filled people it clouds thier vision and judgement. But what can you expect from someone who believes they come from pond scum

There is no point even reading garbage like that. These evolutionists, they always say the same thing over and over and over again. We have evidence and convoluted complicated theories to boot. The next time you want to post something be aware that no sensible person is going to read it when all it really amounts to is blah blah blah blah.
