John Hagee ( I was saved watching one of his sermens)
Tony Evans
Gregory Dickow
Jeff Schreve
Brian Houston
Kerry Shook
These are the main ones I watch & tape and listen on the radio. But I also like to sometimes watch:
David Jeremiah
T.D. Jakes
Charles Stanley
Joel Osteen

.

I can't seem to stop! It's like I can't go without it anymore. Is that a good thing, or a bad thing with so much of this stuff? I mostly watch Christian TV broadcastings. I'd say 98 % of the time that tube is on it's tuned into DayStar (the only Christian channel I get besides the Word channel) while I'm doing things around the house or working on something.

So, Ditto to all of the above,

Joyce Meyer is wonderful!
And so is T.D. Jakes
and Creflo Dollar is so much improved than what he used to be!

and then, here are some more that I watch or listen to.

Perry Stone
Chuck Missler
John Ankerberg
Alistair Begg (local pastor)
Jim Tolle
Jimmy Evans
Tony Evans
Tony Perkins
Jim Reed
Mark Crow (he's a yeller) :lol
Ed Young Sr.
Ed Young Jr.
Kerry Shook
Robert Jeffress
Creflo and Taffy Dollar
Kenneth and Gloria Copeland
Fred Price
David Regan

Zola Levitt (he's in heaven now so it's his wife's broadcast along with Jeff S.
Beth Moore
June Hunt
Kay Arthur
Billy Jo and Sharon Daugherty
Bob Coy
J. Vernon McGee
Chuck Colson
There are so many of them I watch and listen too, I can't even think of all of their names off hand.

Here is a web site that has a lot of them listed. I surf this place quite a bit also.
http://www.oneplace.com/ministries/

Too many to mention.... I watch and listen to them all!

Listening to Charles Stanley at this very moment ... :thumb

Sometimes I need to take a break of them becuase it's just too much. And then the time spent reading..... YOY!

I agree with some and not with others.... not much different than with the politicians.... must take what is truth keep it and toss out the garbage some of them preach some of the time, but not always. That's life! Lot's of variety .... no one is perfect.

And I pray the Lord use me for his purpose, that I not shy away from being used for his purpose and that I continue to be used for his purpose. And sometimes, "I" don't like the way I am being used, but if that's the way He wants to use me... then so be it.

Yes, I just got a study of his on the Presence of God and it is excellent. It's amazing how much Creflo has changed in the past 15 years. I also have a study on his on the spirit of fear entitled Fearless Living, which is also an excellent study.

Another pastor I like is Paul E. Sheppard http://www.oneplace.com/Ministries/Enduring_Truth/Archives.asp, but I haven't yet heard him get as deep as Creflo has been doing lately.

I must admit, I use to listen to them all as well. My TV was tuned to the Christian channel a lot. But my life did not change and I kept listening and listening. Then I turned it off, and now I do not even have a TV anymore. LOL I left the church too and grabbed my Bible and read it as if it was a letter to me.

That changed me.

Something I found scary, was that even though I left the system, it mostly took about three years for me, to start hearing what the Lord was saying through the Word. I had such a lot of stuff that I had to unlearn after thirty years of people teaching me.So I guess three years, after thirty is OK. I feel like I have been sleepwalking for a long time.

''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''NO TV,'''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''' how can you live man, how can you face yourself in a mirror man, how can such words even come out of your mouth, I don't feel so good, I think I am going to throw up. Please somebody tell me he didn't say that. I know, I'm hearing things right, I know he's not American, the commies are here, :verysick :mouthdrop :wall :confused :crazy :shocked! :puppydogeyes :rolleyes2 :shocked :o :crying :twopistols

:rolling Lewis, we do know you are kidding! :lol

===============

Cornelius, When I started to read my bible as if it were a letter to me, is when the Lord started to reveal so much more to me, before that, it was not an easy read.

But anyway, back to the OP..... I like the radio and tv progarams that get deep into the word. Chuck Missler is one of the best in doing that as well as Perry Stone when he explained in his teaching entitled: The Ancient Jewish Wedding, A Revelation on the Rapture, and The Mystery of the Four Passover Cups. And, his teaching entitled: Days of Awe Seasons of Joy. If he ever repeats them on the air it's worth a watch, don't miss it! :thumb When he was teaching those on the air, I had to get the tapes, they are excellent.

And Chuck Missler..... Well, Of course his teachings on The book of Daniel The 70 weeks of Daniel are excellent as well as his teachings on Technology and the Bible and theres his teaching on the thing to beware of in the teachings of Kabbalah and the Rise of Mysticism. Chuck Missler can be heard on the Chuck Missler 66/40 web site....I had to get those teachings also. :thumb When he does those teachings be sure ot catch those also. They are very much worth looking out for. :)

Mostly internet podcasts:

John MacArthur
Chuck Swindoll
Charles Stanley
Adrian Rodgers
Vernon McGee
Ravi Zacharias

I have listened to many others in the past but have trimmed the list down because some of the others have gone too far into the word/faith movement. The yardstick I use to judge if a pastor is teaching a balanced message is how much they talk about sin and repentance and not just teach the prosperity gospel.

jason

btw off topic what type of engineer are you?

I have listened to quite a few of the ones that have already been mentioned. One of my favorites is David Hockings. He is a Hebrew and Greek scholar, and also a messianic Jew (Christian). I can sense the Spirit when he preaches. He will be a bit pro-jewish for some of you, but, I find his sermons are deep and can be enlightening. He believes in the divine inspiration of scripture. I am sure there are many other good ones. Bob Utley wasn't too bad also. I was watching a video by him, on Romans . Haven't seen enough to know whether I totally agree, but he does seem knowledgable. That much I do like. Basically, I like ministers that can expound, without getting too far away from the Word... and of course their doctrine...is completely in line with mine. :lol

I don't watch any TV preachers much these days. I do, however, like Paul Washer, John MacArthur, Mark Kielar, Kirk Cameron, Ray Comfort, and a few others.
