Friends I am feeling unwell. Having pain in hands due to using walker and discomfort in repaired Knee it's very weak now. I am trying to bend knee it's not bending more.

You can pray God bless me with good health also let God help and bless so that my knee bend completely

I can sympathize with you as I have had both knees and hips replaced. What I discovered on my own that got my knees to bend at a 90 degree angle as I was having the same problem was to do stair lunges if you have any stairs. Just lunge as far as you can go without stressing the knee and every time go a little further. It took maybe a week and I got the knee to where it should be again.
