Gay Pride Parade

As far as the bible is concerned - 'been there done that' -

Isaiah 3:9
The look on their faces testifies against them; they parade their sin like Sodom; they do not hide it. Woe to them! They have brought disaster upon themselves.

You can also add tattoos to that quote, people parading their sin on their bodies.

Only if getting tattoos are sin?

And I'd say tattoos are sin if they depict sinful images. What if they depict images that glorify the Lord?

just curious ugmug. two of your ops are against gay's . do you hate them?

btw i am not for gay rights at all but i was bi.

and i struggle with the way treat them. we tell them no, on this or that, and distance ourselves from them alone and love that joking sinner who tells the dirty jokes on tv. but one gay guy comes on tv, click its off.

i shut my tv off only my wife watches it as its gotten too hedonistic for me. but i can be friends with gays, and i strive to treat all sinners equally. i fail as well :verysad

Good post, J :thumb

I wonder too, ugmug. Not saying that you do, but having hate in your heart for them is not from God. Although, it's agonizing to watch the parades and hedonism in a gay parade, what about something like a non-gay hedonistic parade; for example Marti Gras or the equivalent in Rio? Those are painful to see in the news as well. I wouldn't want to be near either the gay parade or Marti Gras. Now that I said that, how would I respond if I felt the Lord lead me to attend to witness to the participants? I suppose I would have to. :gah

having been to the french quarter a few times, there are teens that hand out gospel tracts there all through the night.on bourbon st. it was that way when i went(not during mardi gras and there was tops being lifted to show the breasts etc) so i know that they had to struggle with that mike.

i wasnt saved at that time(94,twice in 96) the last time was when i was converted, babe in christ.

lol mustafal ali.

one day i need to post a thread on that time in my life.
