Getting myself set up at home, debt free.

Shopping for myself to get myself set up at home, this is what I bought.
I just moved in today.

A very Rural Home in Duncannon, Pennsylvania for $80,000, cash outright, I got the deed too.

In my Garage Shed, all delivered.

A Red and Black Lifan KPR 200 Motorcycle.
A Red and White Lifan KPX 250 Dirtbike.
Both 5 speed hand clutched.

A Black Bintelli Beast 150 Scooter.
A Black Bintelli Scorch 150 Scooter.
Both Automatics.

In my home, from Amazon.

A Reclining sectional.
A Reclining sofa.
A Reclining loveseat.
A Recliner chair
A Living room chair.
A Day Bed.

A Living room set containing an Entertainment Center, two book shelves, two tall cabinets, a Coffee Table, end tables, console table, accent cabinet and magazine rack.
A Curio cabinet.

A Home office set with desk, Hutch, filing cabinet, and chair.

A Dining room table with a China cabinet with hutch and server and a Kitchen table, pantry, bakers rack, Microwave stand with cabinet and hutch.

A Bedroom set with a King size bed, serta king size mattress, 4 dressers, two chests of drawers, two night stands.

A wardrobe armoire, an entertainment center, four standing wall shoe racks, a bench, two futons, a coffee table and end tables and an armoire desk and chair.

All LG appliances, and Calphalon small appliances...
All LG electronics, Sony playstation 5 and HP all in one computers and laptops.

:)

In my other bedroom, I put in a library, with bookshelves.

I took my Lifan KPR200 motorcycle out for a ride.

I went to the outback steakhouse, where I got myself a Steak with onions and mushrooms, Loaded mashed potatoes, steakhouse macaroni and cheese, four lobster tails, and Shrimp and Chicken wings and two Burgers.. and a Salad..
And cake.

Went to the gas station and got myself a bag of ice and a two liter cherry coke, and a Mikes hard iced tea..
And brought it home.
It was the best meal in a while that I have had.

The bikes performance, it's not the ultimate anything, but it blows away by far any scooter I ever driven, including my two new Bintellis.

Not something I'd like to slip on a little bit of oil or ice, or a curb on...
I can actually travel on this.
Lol

Today, I just got back from McDonald's.
I got myself the Big breakfast with hotcakes, with added bacon.
And Two orders of sausage gravy over biscuits..
A Sausage, Bacon, egg and cheese..
A Large Coffee and large orange juice.
I'm back home now with it.

Why are you bragging about all you have while many of us are struggling to make ends meet. Pride goes before a fall as how would you feel if you lost it all someday as it can happen.

Are you trusting in the Lord and giving Him your best in helping others? I'm not saying it's wrong to have nice things, but to brag about it is vain.

I'm just glad to have things that are new and works and can last me 8 to 12 years.
The fact is you wouldn't get any decent used car for the total cost of the two lifans and two Bintellis put together.

The fact is I'd be absolutely devastated if I lost it.
People come to me for help all the time for huge losses, so I understand how it feels.
I lost things myself, and a lot of family members too.

How did you manage to transport this on a motorcycle ? Saddle bags ?

Loose gravel on the blacktop seems to be the trouble around here for motorcycles and their riders .

I have a door dash food delivery backpack that I use for carrying groceries.
And a rear sport motorcycle trunk that I attach when I buy groceries.
The house is three bedroom, 1.5 bath.
I go very slow on the gravel when I'm pulling up to my house.

People who I helped could have lost their lives.

I know next to nothing about getting around on a motorcycle, hence my questions, lol . I have in the distant past rode a 50cc Honda minibike 😎 .

Ohh, very nice !

Of course, it is not your first rodeo as they say 🙂 .

I started on a Honda Metropolitan 50cc.
Then I had an Aprilia 50cc when they were available in the US...

I then moved onto getting a Clash 200cc..
I liked the power, I was devastated by it's short lifespan.

Then I been on a Bintelli beast 150..

This is the first motorcycle I'm actually on.

My house is right by the interstate, so I pull in at 85mph, and then I'm doing 5 to 10 on the gravel.
Not a whole lot unlike landing on an aircraft carrier.
Lol

I guess I am missing the point of you talking about all the expensive nice things you own and eating steak an lobster as reading through all of this is sounds like you are saying "Look at me and all the wonderful things I have".

Is there a point you are trying to make as I am lost.

I thought it was her way of showing how bountifully God has blessed her through her hard work she does helping the people that need help .

I'm prone to jealousy if I don't check it .I don't see her post as bragging.

There are materialistic persons in any church .there are also those who struggle and deal with a lack of things.

I'm happy for anyone who is happy. Thats great. Why wouldn't I be , I dont enjoy seeing people broke or miserable I enjoy seeing people happy.. Seeing someone out of debt and having things they don't really need just because they can and enjoying themselves that's a good situation to be in, usually all the news you get in this world is people being broke and miserable and complaining. It's actually a refreshing post. Im not a jealous person and I don't envy anyone. As long as it's ligit and a honest dollar that's great. It's ok to have more than others.

As long as people are content and appreciate what they do have that's all that matters.

Mark 4:19 kjv
19. And the cares of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts of other things entering in, choke the word, and it becometh unfruitful.

If we examine this verse I believe I (maybe we) can see three situations that can bother us.

Proverbs 30:7 kjv
7. Two things have I required of thee; deny me them not before I die:
8. Remove far from me vanity and lies: give me neither poverty nor riches; feed me with food convenient for me:
9. Lest I be full, and deny thee, and say, Who is the LORD? or lest I be poor, and steal, and take the name of my God in vain.

1. The cares of this world. (Hungry and steal)
2. Deceitfulness of riches. (More worried about leather seat cover than the things of God)
3. The desire to be rich (time spent in desires consuming us)

I will say Paul said (he had learned to be content in situations of plenty or lack).

There are more scriptures about this.

Some people see poverty as terrible.
Some people see riches as terrible.
Some people see desire/lust as terrible.

Owning your own home and having a few toys is not riches. To someone broke maybe it is, to a billionaire it's not.

It's like saying where is the line on poverty. It's whatever someone thinks it is. People cry poverty when they got a roof over there head and a little bit of food , basic essentials, that's more than some people have, that's rich to some people they living on dump sites under a plastic bag trying to scavenge a tin can everyday to cash in for bowl of rice. That's why I say everyone should always appreciate whatever they do have and be content. Don't cry your hard done by if you sleeping in a bed and have had something to eat today. Your rich.

I would like to hear your thoughts on all your new two wheelers after you road test them sufficiently .

8. And having food and raiment let us be therewith content.

I did not write this.
