Hey All,
Let's have some fun and share a little more trivia about ourselves (nothing personal). Life is not all serious.

If cost were not an issue, what would be your dream car?
Mine would be a Saturn Sky. They are no longer made, and I could still get one. But it is no longer practical for me.

What is your favorite fast food restaurant?
For burgers it's a no brainer, In-n-Out has the best I have tried. For hot dogs it's Der Wienerschnitzel.

What is your favorite way to cook your eggs?
I like scrambled well done (can't stand runny eggs) with chipotle Tabasco sauce and chives.

You guys think up questions also. Just keep them lighthearted. Keep walking everybody.

Dream car? Probably the new Ford Bronco with all the off-road options possible. Big, beefy tires would be a must.

The Sky is a very spiff looking roadster!

Y'know, I don't eat fast food very often. There is a place my wife and I found the other day in our city called "Sam's Restaurant." Best burgers ever! Wow. Generally, though, we eat Asian stuff (my wife's of Filipino extraction, though she's born and raised in Canada).

We don't have In-n-Out Burgers in Canada. The name doesn't inspire confidence...Sounds like a description of food poisoning!

My favorite way to cook eggs is in a frying pan with some salted butter and sun-dried tomatoes. Like you, I prefer them scrambled with Chipotle Tabasco sprinkled all over.

Favorite movie? LOTR series, for me.

I will do a comment on eggs.
High temperatures ruin olive oil, and affects the nutrition in an egg.
So I use olive oil but try and use very low heat. The egg should take 3 minutes to slowly become opaque. Just about like a poached egg. Just gently turn egg and finish other side to taste.

We are talking about 180 degrees F

I like fried eggs, but oil is destroyed at sizzling temps.

Over processing (including temperature) is destroying nutrients.

I get a fried egg look but try and preserve nutrients.

I am preparing the rest of breakfast while the egg is cooking.

Unlimited resources and you would pick a Saturn ?
You must be easy to shop for.

I'll take a 1969 Shelby GT 500.
Eggs ? Denver omelet.
Fast food ? Just about all of them.
 
Dream car - 68 Olds Cutlas used to have one

Fast food - Not a big fan but I do like the burgers at Cook Out

Eggs - scrambled with O'Brien breakfast starters and Colby Jack cheeses wrapped up in a tortilla shell with mild salsa

Favorite meal - Liver and onions or Tuna casserole

Favorite TV show - Sheldon and Ghost so funny

Favorite activities - camping and riding our Can Am Spyder

Dream vacation - New Zealand
