Notice the very first thing and the most often thing that Jesus says to be on guard about it false teachers. That wolf in sheep clothing would come. What things did Jesus mean when he says "when you see all these things coming look up and be ready. Yes Jesus did say no man knows the day or hour of His return.. TRUE.. but Jesus commands us to know the season. Thus the fig tree, His list of things in Matt. 24... Because the Generator that See's these thing beginning is that Generation that would see the Son of Man return. AS Gazelle has quite expertly covered. Why is there a need for the 144,000 sealed "JEWS". Not Southern Baptist, Catholic, Pentecostal, but Jews. Where is the Church. Why the two wittiness. Because the time has come for God to finish dealing with His chosen people. Daniel talks all about this. So as to not make this post to long... and I hate long post.. when you can tell me at present which last name has a tribe to jews that are alive today then you have a point with the 144k. the problem if we are that close (they are must be some means to tell what jew is which unless by some miracle god tells them.)

and why hasnt any one of you taken a gander at this verse and in context in can only mean the whole entire planet and it refers to the flood as a reverance. revalation only focuses on isreal.

now then, how does isreal fit into that?

freeway answer me this how does the jews worship god? are they not part of the chruch or do they have another covenent and can reach god via the animal sacrifices?

and then theres this which you forgot.only the trib saints are on the earth and in heaven, no mention of any raptured church in revalation at all.

revalation 20: 4

4And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years

and in context with paul says
1 corinthians 6

2Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters?

3Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life? 4If then ye have judgments of things pertaining to this life, set them to judge who are least esteemed in the church

so when paul wrote that these werent church age saints? these are trib saints or?

As long as you know that every generation, since that generation of Andrew, Peter, James and John, has said that Jesus is coming or the great trib is coming. That is about 50 generations. You are teliing me that 50 of them have been false teachers. I say it was only 49.

Yes, they were all wolves in sheeps clothing if the great trib never happened.... including John, Andrew, Peter and James because they preached the gospel that Jesus gave them and they repeated that Jesus would return in THIS generation. How does that look for bible accuracy? Remember that Jesus said look up and be ready alright but He also said staring into the sky would not help the observation.

Luke 17
20 Once, having been asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, Jesus replied, “The kingdom of God does not come with your careful observation, 21 nor will people say, ‘Here it is,’ or ‘There it is,’ because the kingdom of God is within you.â€

Yes, so what did Jesus say to those four men in a private conversation? Jesus told them YOU will see these things.

Thus the fig tree, His list of things in Matt. 24...

Absolutely, Jesus told them that when the trees bud they know summer is coming... just like when they see ALL THESE THINGS that Jesus says YOU will see Jesus Himself is coming, the great trib is coming.

Read the answer Jesus gave again very carefully. Jesus listed a number of 'things' YOU, or the four men, would see. Then notice that Jesus says , "The heavens will be shaken" and no one on earth would see that. Jesus does not tell John Andrew, James and Peter that YOU will see Jesus coming, He says THEY will see Him coming. Those who are the object of the wrath of God... not Christians, they have fled to the mountains, NOT Christians but "THEY."

In the mountains away from Judea where Jesus told them to go.

Why the two wittiness. Because the time has come for God to finish dealing
with His chosen people. Daniel talks all about this.

It is much easier to unravel the words of our Leader in a direct response to the people of the involved generation than to try to interpret a prophecy writing from hundreds of years earlier. What is particularily risky is to alter or adjust Jesus' words because of our man made interpretation of old prophecy. The sheep in wolves clothing again.......... Revelation is so symbolically written and the instant we insert the wrong symbolic reference we lead the story down the road of no return. If we miss the exact meanng of a prophecy back in Daniel, again we are off on the wrong foot. Jesus is our leader let's take it all from Him and let the rest of the bible confirm it for us.
