God told Noah, "Come thou and all thy house into the ark;" (Gen.7:1). When the flood was all over God told Noah, "Go forth of the ark," (Gen.7:1). Using the words "come" and "go" as he did, where was God?

The Spirit of God dwells in the heart of the just as in Noah who was faithful of God and made righteous in that of Gods righteousness.

Rom 8:9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.
Rom 8:10 And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.

God is everywhere. He is omni-present. He was in Noah's heart directing him.
