I've gone to church since I was a kid, coming from a Christian family. However, I was one of those kids who decided that I was too "cool" to sing the "lame" worship songs and found the pastor's hair parting more interesting than his sermons.
All these changed recently when I God brought some wonderful people into my life. These people came in fellowship with me, sorted out my confusion, listened when I needed help, and I found myself taking part in church activities more. I now sing praises to the Lord wholeheartedly and think about the message the songs are conveying, listen to every single sermon, and I've learnt a lot, grown a lot in Christ.
