Gods Of New Age (Old Hindu wine in New Bottle)

I would like Soma and Ahimsa to reconcile the below verses from their holy books !

Hinduesm Teaches Caste

"People here whose behavior is pleasant can expect to enter a pleasant womb, like that of a woman of the Brahmin, the Ksatriya, or the Vaisya caste. But people of foul behaviour can expect to enter the foul womb, like that of a dog, a pig, or an outcaste woman." -- Chandogya Upanisad 5:10:7.
"If a man of one birth (Sudra) hurls cruel words at one of the twice-born, his tongue should be cut out, for he was born from the rear-end. If he mentions their name or caste maliciously, a red-hot iron nail ten-fingerslong should be thrust into his mouth. If he is so proud as to instruct priests about their duty, the king should have hot oil poured into his mouth and ears." -- Manusmrti 8:270-272.

Krishna in Adultery

"One of Krsna's wives asked Krsna to give her a son equal to the lord of the gods. Krsna performed asceticism for Siva, who granted him a son, Samba. Krsna took sixteen thousand maidens for his pleasure, and then, under the pretext of the Brahmins' curse, he destroyed his own family and lived in Prabhasa. After living for a hundred and one years in Dvaraka, where he had removed the sorrow of old age, he made the curse of the sages come true." -- Linga Purana 1:69:71, 82-84.

Disgusting Siva & Brahma !

Brahma instantly becomes the dad of thousands of ascetics; the following takes place at Lord Siva's wedding: "Brahma saw the beautiful face (or feet) of Parvati at the wedding, and he became excited and shed his seed upon the ground. In fear of Siva, he began to make the seed barren, but Siva said, 'Brahma, you should not kill Brahmins, and these are great sages.' Then 88,000 tapasvins were born from the seed, and they ran around Brahma calling him 'Daddy, daddy!' " -- Brahma Purana 72:18; Vamana Purana 27:56-9; cf. Siva Purana, Jnanasamhita 18:62-8; Siva Purana 2:3:49:3-10; Skanda Purana 1:1:26:15-22.

"One day the sage Atri was performing tapas with his wife Anasuya. Brahma, Visnu, and Siva came and offered him a boon, but Atri remained silent, meditating. Then the three gods went to Anasuya. Siva had his linga in his hand, Visnu was full of erotic feeling, and Brahma was beside himself with desire, saying to Anasuya, 'Make love with me or I will die.' When she heard this coarse speech, Anasuya made no reply, for, although she feared the anger of the gods, she was true to her husband. But they were overcome with delusion, and they raped her by force. Then she became angry and she cursed Siva to be worshipped as a linga, Brahma to be worshipped in the form of a head, and Visnu to be worshipped as feet, in order to ridicule them all, and she cursed them all to be reborn as her sons. Because of this, Siva was reborn as Durvasas." -- Bhavisya Purana 3:4:17:67-78.

Note:- I am sorry for posting this disgusting details but people should know whom they are worshipping. In western Hinduiesm is presented as a 'Feel Goodiesm' (like yoga, conceousness...etc) but actually it has so many faces  , It is a deception of fallen angels , I would really want them to address

What is their position on sex outside marriage?
What is evil?
Is God is personel or Impersonal?

Thanks

Thank you Karma2Grace for the posts!

But how do yu reconcile these "Holy verses" from the good book?

Bible Passages About Ritual Human Sacrifice

Jephthah Burns His Daughter

"At that time the Spirit of the LORD came upon Jephthah, and he went throughout the land of Gilead and Manasseh, including Mizpah in Gilead, and led an army against the Ammonites. And Jephthah made a vow to the LORD. He said, "If you give me victory over the Ammonites, I will give to the LORD the first thing coming out of my house to greet me when I return in triumph. I will sacrifice it as a burnt offering."

"So Jephthah led his army against the Ammonites, and the LORD gave him victory. He thoroughly defeated the Ammonites from Aroer to an area near Minnith – twenty towns – and as far away as Abel-keramim. Thus Israel subdued the Ammonites. When Jephthah returned home to Mizpah, his daughter – his only child – ran out to meet him, playing on a tambourine and dancing for joy. When he saw her, he tore his clothes in anguish. "My daughter!" he cried out. "My heart is breaking! What a tragedy that you came out to greet me. For I have made a vow to the LORD and cannot take it back." And she said, "Father, you have made a promise to the LORD. You must do to me what you have promised, for the LORD has given you a great victory over your enemies, the Ammonites. But first let me go up and roam in the hills and weep with my friends for two months, because I will die a virgin." "You may go," Jephthah said. And he let her go away for two months. She and her friends went into the hills and wept because she would never have children. When she returned home, her father kept his vow, and she died a virgin. So it has become a custom in Israel for young Israelite women to go away for four days each year to lament the fate of Jephthah's daughter." (Judges 11:29-40 NLT)

God Commands Burning Humans

[The Lord speaking] "The one who has stolen what was set apart for destruction will himself be burned with fire, along with everything he has, for he has broken the covenant of the LORD and has done a horrible thing in Israel." (Joshua 7:15 NLT)

Josiah and Human Sacrifice

At the LORD's command, a man of God from Judah went to Bethel, and he arrived there just as Jeroboam was approaching the altar to offer a sacrifice. Then at the LORD's command, he shouted, "O altar, altar! This is what the LORD says: A child named Josiah will be born into the dynasty of David. On you he will sacrifice the priests from the pagan shrines who come here to burn incense, and human bones will be burned on you." (1 Kings 13:1-2 NLT)

He [Josiah] executed the priests of the pagan shrines on their own altars, and he burned human bones on the altars to desecrate them. Finally, he returned to Jerusalem. King Josiah then issued this order to all the people: "You must celebrate the Passover to the LORD your God, as it is written in the Book of the Covenant." There had not been a Passover celebration like that since the time when the judges ruled in Israel, throughout all the years of the kings of Israel and Judah. This Passover was celebrated to the LORD in Jerusalem during the eighteenth year of King Josiah's reign. Josiah also exterminated the mediums and psychics, the household gods, and every other kind of idol worship, both in Jerusalem and throughout the land of Judah. He did this in obedience to all the laws written in the scroll that Hilkiah the priest had found in the LORD's Temple. Never before had there been a king like Josiah, who turned to the LORD with all his heart and soul and strength, obeying all the laws of Moses. And there has never been a king like him since. (2 Kings 23:20-25 NLT)

Human Sacrifice

Chastised a little, they shall be greatly blessed, because God tried them and found them worthy of himself. As gold in the furnace, he proved them, and as sacrificial offerings he took them to himself. In the time of their visitation they shall shine, and shall dart about as sparks through stubble; (Wisdom 3:5-7 NAB The Book of The Wisdom of Solomon is mostly in Catholic versions of the Bible.)

Child Sacrifice

And this became a hidden trap for mankind, because men, in bondage to misfortune or to royal authority, bestowed on objects of stone or wood the name that ought not to be shared. Afterward it was not enough for them to err about the knowledge of God, but they live in great strife due to ignorance, and they call such great evils peace. For whether they kill children in their initiations, or celebrate secret mysteries, or hold frenzied revels with strange customs… (Wisdom 14:21-23 RSV) The Book of The Wisdom of Solomon is mostly in Catholic versions of the Bible. This passage condemns human sacrifice but acknowledges that it did happen by early God worshipers.

Humans are Fuel for Fire

As for you, son of man, prophesy: Thus says the Lord GOD against the Ammonites and their insults: A sword, a sword is drawn for slaughter, burnished to consume and to flash lightning, because you planned with false visions and lying divinations to lay it on the necks of depraved and wicked men whose day has come when their crimes are at an end. Return it to its sheath! In the place where you were created, in the land of your origin, I will judge you. I will pour out my indignation upon you, breathing my fiery wrath upon you, I will hand you over to ravaging men, artisans of destruction. You shall be fuel for the fire, your blood shall flow throughout the land. You shall not be remembered, for I, the LORD, have spoken. (Ezekiel 21:33-37 NAB)

Burn Nonbelievers

"Suppose you hear in one of the towns the LORD your God is giving you that some worthless rabble among you have led their fellow citizens astray by encouraging them to worship foreign gods. In such cases, you must examine the facts carefully. If you find it is true and can prove that such a detestable act has occurred among you, you must attack that town and completely destroy all its inhabitants, as well as all the livestock. Then you must pile all the plunder in the middle of the street and burn it. Put the entire town to the torch as a burnt offering to the LORD your God. That town must remain a ruin forever; it may never be rebuilt. Keep none of the plunder that has been set apart for destruction. Then the LORD will turn from his fierce anger and be merciful to you. He will have compassion on you and make you a great nation, just as he solemnly promised your ancestors. "The LORD your God will be merciful only if you obey him and keep all the commands I am giving you today, doing what is pleasing to him." (Deuteronomy 13:13-19 NLT)

So the next time some Christian tells you about the "love of God", show them this page and ask them "Why does God want me to burn animals and humans?"

First of all you didn't reconcile the verses I posted but you want me to answer first OK I hope you are honest and will reconcile the Hindu scriptures after this reply

It has been answered 1000 times! , God is the author of life, He can give life and take life as a process of Judgment on wicked or take His beloved people with Him (eternal life) so NO Christian will complain it, When He became an incarnate (being a human) He WILL obey the laws He layed out for people, Christians please forgive me for saying this, If Jesus bangs His head on the wall then I am sure He will feel the pain. If He involved in any of the sin then God is Lost to Satan!

Here Shiva, Krishna are incarnations of supreme Hindu god, they lived among people, Killed people, Raped the virgins, behaved immorally with each others wives, Have 1000 wives,Committed to Homo sex. When i read 'Holy' Hindu scriptures, I always feel that i am 1000 times better than them, I NEVER EVER need a god like them , I will never do yoga (as prescribed by Krishna) as a worship of Shiva, Can you give me a proof from bible that God incarnate Jesus did any of the above?

Hope to hear from you!

No matter how desperately Christianity tries to reconcile the 'sins of scripture' within the religion, it will continue to drive people away in droves as they recognize the tribal God portrayed in the above passages as mere human invention. You, as a literal Christian, are forced to reconcile these passages and construct theological bridges to cross them, for your ENTIRE faith stands on a person's ability to disprove (in literal terms) a single passage from the Bible.

However, me and Soma, being mystics in the sense, are never called to take the scriptures of any religion at literal value, reading it as it is written and believing in its historicity. For what we experience exceeds both history and the written word. We are called to look at these scriptures and ask ourselves "what higher reality is being expressed through these words?" And of course, this includes recognizing the very human flaws that filter into any faith, for they do filter into EVERY faith. As such, so long as these flaws such as the 'caste' do not remain the very heart of a faith, they can be brushed aside and placed in their historical context without blemishing the truth that the given spirituality is expressing.

The fact that you think you can corner us by exoposing the dirty passages of another faith shows only how little you understand of what Soma and I are actually professing. We speak a message that, seeing as it exceeds the demonstratable concept, can not possibly be caught in the trappings of concpets or words themselves.

For what we experience exceed both history and the written word

This is what I am expecting hear from you, so if the word of God says Adultery is evil but you found that pleasure then you will go with your experience and violate Gods commands
Don’t make a mistake, Devil can easily play with our emotions and make us live in a ‘experience’ of lie! The Word of God will help us to validate our experience and it will guide us whether our experience is from God or from Evil. If it violates the Word of God then it is obviously from Satan! This is what I am trying to establish here

And of course, this includes recognizing the very human flaws that filter into any faith, for they do filter into EVERY faith. As such, so long as these flaws such as the 'caste' do not remain the very heart of a faith, they can be brushed aside and placed in their historical context without blemishing the truth that the given spirituality is expressing

So you meant to say Vedas has a flaw in some count (like caste and adultery),
So how would you know the truth?
What method you followed against Vedas or Gita to extract the truth?
If you say your feeling or experience then you are simply creating your own reality and live on it like Osama created a reality that he can kill people as a worship of his god! in other words you are making gods !!

The fact that you think you can corner us by exposing the dirty passages of another faith shows only how little you understand of what Soma and I are actually professing. We speak a message that, seeing as it exceeds the demons ratable concept, can not possibly be caught in the trappings of concepts or words themselves

I am very well aware of the message you both are professing and experiencing. It is sorcery, occultism and God hates them!

man is not divine, but a sinner (Romans 3:23).
man is deceitful and desperately sick (Jer. 17:9).
man is full of evil (Mark 7:21-23).
man loves darkness rather than light (John 3:19).
man is unrighteous, does not understand, does not seek for God (Rom. 3:10-12).
man is helpless and ungodly (Rom. 5:6).
man is dead in his trespasses and sins (Eph. 2:1).
man is by nature a child of wrath (Eph. 2:3).
man cannot understand spiritual things (1 Cor. 2:14).

Only Jesus can save him from sin !
