Good last week - went to church with my family, had a couple of good days at new job including good review from boss
Prayer for this week - my parents need help with medical bills, I need help with my loneliness and lack of purpose

good from last week--I managed to get a hair cut, no freaking out, no awkward-ness. im now looking -very- socially acceptable. i also surprised mama....i dropped by just to say hey. i guess she still thinks of me as a brat, because she assumed i wanted something...i told her i just wanted to see her for a minute and say hey.

prayers for this week--seriously, get over the past and move on. or maybe...move on 1st, then getting over the past will follow. not really sure. i pray my parents' little girl dog makes it a while longer yet and that they won't be too, too heart broken when she leaves this world. she's 15, spunky and all but...yeah. :-(

Aww - praying for you, your mom and the doggie! It is never easy to lose a pet but when they've lived a long, happy life like that that's really the best you can hope for them!

i know. i think losing her will be easier than losing the boy dog. he was -severely- abused before we got him, and he got better and all, but...wow. when he had to put to sleep, there was some real sadness, because of the abuse. :-(

the cats are old, too. I kinda hope a new cat or dog moves in, because I think it makes my parents more aware of their age and such...

It might happen! When I had to put down my older pets one by one a few years ago I had two stray cats just show up in my backyard.
One of them is sleeping soundly next to me right now.
