A nice lady in front of me at the dunkin' donuts drive thru paid for my stuff. I don't even know who she is or why she'd do it. I mean...it made my day :-) Free iced coffee (vanilla bean, of course) !!!!

Please pray for her. I don't know her, I don't know why she paid the $$$, but it really made my day and made me feel less hostile and afraid. :-) Thanks.

What a wonderful and loving act! She's in my prayers, no doubt about it!

Obviously, she paid for your order because she was following a directive from our Lord. Her obedience brought blessings to both of you. And you sharing this truly lovely moment with us, we are blessed as well!

Thank you, Christ_empowered :wave2

Oh I suppose the coffee & donut was good, but what it did for Christ_empowered at that moment was God's continuing work in him. Now I don't know the end from the beginning as God does, but it may have been that even one day earlier that same coffee & donut would not have had near the following effect that CE testified of. Notice this quote as to his feelings concerning it.
it really made my day and made me feel less hostile and afraid.
Praise God, Rom 8:28, we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

Thanks, everyone. Eugene is right, as usual...God knows what we need, when we need it, and He makes things come together for His children. I mean, I thought about it...the total bill was $5 and some change, and it made my day (possibly my week), mostly because it was (as far as I know) a stranger who just felt moved to do this for me. Wow.

Along those same lines...yesterday, my friend Verna called. I was out driving and I didn't recognize her number. It was her new cell #. Thing is...we only talked for maybe 10 minutes, but it made my day. She said she'd had me on her mind and felt she needed to call. I'm doing much better than ever before, but...its good to know that people out there take an interest in me. I think that's a fairly universal human need, but its particularly an issue for me, what with the paranoia and everything.

Thanks again.
