Got a fee in the mail for driving on a Texas tollway i never been in.

Yes, but in what universe do they paint road markings so that people with poor or no headlights can see at night. I mean does that just make your heart putter to denigrate others in order to explain fairly normal road maintenance.

God bless,
Ted

Again you got rough roads. Maybe fix that first.

HI MayGodHeal

I mean, maybe you don't see it. But your entire dialogue most times is to tear down all those people out there who ain't like you. It just doesn't seem to be a particularly attractive 'christian' character.

God bless,
Ted

Wow I made a joke about people needing clear lines to see at night because they lack headlights.

Yes the city and county do restripe roads.i see the city guys doing .

I mean common sense is to fix the road before you paint it.

Yeah and its like $3. They would see a problem as why would someone call for $3. Its gotta be an error and hopefully they just input the wrong number. I see similar plates around my home state so it could have been any of them that maybe they just messed up the numbers. Yeah I will be asking for proof unless of course they catch the error themselves before.

Hopefully the vehicle isn't similar too.
I would want to see the picture for sure. I was in Chicago several yrs back and threw in the change in the basket, all went in, but the green light did not come on, so I took off anyway, a bright light came on behind me, so I knew I was being pictured, I didn't receive any response about it. I think it was 35 cents.

Well, I'm really not sure what it is that you're expecting them to do. You said something about 'grinding down the rough spots'. I'm not familiar with that sort of road maintenance. I don't know of any grinding done on roadwork except for when they do a complete road resurfacing and use the huge lane wide machine to rip up and rough up the foundation.

What kind of grinding are you referring to?

God bless,
Ted

We have a lot of speed and red light cameras here in the Democratic People's Republic of Maryland. (also in DC and Northern Virginia) And it happens. Where it gets dicey is when you are going across state lines. Different camera companies and police departments. THere has been a rash of Maryland people getting tickets from DC on expired license plates. When a plate here is no longer valid you have a time to turn it in to the Motor Vehicle Admin. It is then (supposed to be) destroyed. Apparently someone was getting the invalid plates and putting them on unregistered cars. But even with certificates showing the plates were no longer valid, DC still wanted their fine money. They were not recognizing MD MVA records as proof. But if there is enough fine, that person can be arrested for non-payment if they go into DC.

I have not heard anything new in the last year or so, so maybe they figured out where the leak was and stopped it.

If you have proof of your wherabouts and can *prove* no one else was driving your car, the ticket should be voided. Especially if it is all in one state.

Well they ground out a section of the highway 3 or 4 years ago that was patched up and parts of it was higher than the rest of the road. I know it was ground out due to the surrounding dust. I can't tell you what machine they used but they could do the same throughout the highway. Tried telling them this but they're not understanding it seems.

They just got the wrong plate number. Called them and they're getting it fixed so the correct person is billed.

Fantastic! Kinda restores my faith in honesty. Glad to hear it truly, thanks for telling me.

It is good, plus they're from Texas too. I had figured and thankfully it was just a plate error and not something worse like somebody 3D printed it.
