I've heard that God is indeed doing great things in Africa these days. I'm in Washington State in the United States and I've been hearing that a lot of African Christians are praying for us a lot and actually now see the United States as a mission field! (I think they may be right, and that we need their prayers pretty desperately here! The state of Christianity in the US is sure nothing like it was back in the days that WE saw AFRICA as a mission field!
) Your position probably gives you a lot of insight into the things God is doing around you now, so maybe when you have a chance you might consider starting a thread here to tell us all about it. I think that could be very interesting and encouraging to those of us here in the U.S. that really need some encouragement these days! We really haven't gotten as much real and true news about it as you may think we have.
