I'll spare you then, no pictures of how I spent the first of the year.

Been home all day. It has rained all day and I knew it was going to.

I never got dressed - been reading a book on sales negotiations, spent some time helping a friend with his car (four states away, over the internet), and did some laundry.


BEST part is: NO ONE asked me for ANYTHING all day! Best way to end five days away from work!
 
Sounds like a fine way to spend the day, PizzaGuy ... doing things that didn't require formal dress at all !

I finished the latest David Baldacci book "The Forgotten" ... sorted through the remainder of receipts for tax purposes ... had lots of fun shredding some non-essential papers (but had identification on them) ... updated the ol' address book with phone numbers I had on the phone but no where else. It was a great day to catch up on things.

I still like the picture in your signature .... it is quite satisfactory to today, thanks, PizzaGuy!
 
Well, the top IS down on the car, only 'cause I came home last night (in 52F weather) with it down. It'll go up in the morning and stay that way, I'm sure.

A new year. Maybe a new career by year's end, not sure. This could be a really interesting and rewarding (and scary) year for me. But if what I think is gonna happen, it'll only happen because I choose to change and made a big, scary and bold move, career-wise.

The new year could indeed be scary, for more than one reason

But hey, with an avatar like yours, you know you can boldly go where you haven't before.

(Besides, you have all of us here cheering - and praying - for you! And we're not scary at all...nope, nary a bit!)
