I played the clarinet when I was a teenager in high school. I also took band.

I tried violin. I tried guitar. I wasn't any good on either. I tried piano, but was only "very poor." I was not too bad on the drums, but not being portable was a hassle. So, I settled on the radio.

I used to tinker around on the piano.

20 years ago when my wife feel pregnant with our first I decided to take lessons and do a couple of exams.

After my first lesson the teacher asked my of I wanted to do exams.

I said yes, and asked if I could get to grade 3 by the time my son was born?
No doubt he said, but your going in at grade 5.

I passed it by 1 mark.
