going back to the 50s I got teased a lot for being a PK... you cant do this or that cause your a preachers kid... my sweet reply " ya wanna bet"

I could hold my own fairly well.. In grade school i could whip most the boys in arm wrestling .. had enough brains in high school to not challenge them...

I believe strict compliance to school uniforms to the shoes and socks would curb a lot of the trash..

And zero tolerance for bullying. Followed by arrest for the most egregious abuse. And lawsuits to follow. Bullying should be costly....to the bully. And if a child commits suicide due to that bully or bullies, the grieving family should be able to sue for civil damages.

Put a punk in jail and the word gets around fast to the other punks. Because while incarcerated little punk finds themselves outnumbered by other punks. Bigger, more experienced, and hungry.

Bully's always travel in packs, notice that? Probably because their buddies are just grateful they're not the target. So they go along to get along.
