Luke 3:6 And all flesh shall see the salvation of God, is the version I’ve memorized and can type without looking. It’s another one of my favourite verses, so let’s look at the Greek etymology of the word (as it is from the New Testament, which was written in Greek)

New International Version (NIV)

And all people will see God’s salvation.

English Standard Version (ESV)

And all flesh shall see the salvation of God.

King James Bible (KJV)

And all flesh shall see the salvation of God.

And

καὶ (kai)

Conjunction

Strong's 2532: And, even, also, namely.

-> self explanatory, I hope

all

πᾶσα (pasa)

Adjective - Nominative Feminine Singular

Strong's 3956: All, the whole, every kind of. Including all the forms of declension; apparently a primary word; all, any, every, the whole.

This same word of all is also used in everything

Matthew 5:18 Adj-NNP

GRK: ἕως ἂν πάντα γένηται

NAS: until all is accomplished.

KJV: the law, till all be fulfilled.

INT: until anyhow all come to pass

mankind

σὰρξ (sarx)

Noun - Nominative Feminine Singular

Strong's 4561: Flesh, body, human nature, materiality; kindred.

will see

ὄψεται (opsetai)

Verb - Future Indicative Middle - 3rd Person Singular

Strong's 3708: Properly, to stare at, i.e. to discern clearly; by extension, to attend to; by Hebraism, to experience; passively, to appear.

Note the word “to experience”. It’s not just people seeing Christ wash away sins, these people are experiencing for themselves their sins getting washed away by trusting in Jesus with faith alone. “To discern clearly”

God’s

Θεοῦ (Theou)

Noun - Genitive Masculine Singular

Strong's 2316: A deity, especially the supreme Divinity; figuratively, a magistrate; by Hebraism, very.

Masculine singular, as in, Christ Jesus is a male, He is human, and He is the only way to Heaven. Believe in Jesus Christ with faith alone in order to be saved! That’s the only path to paradise! The only way you can have your sins washed away. And eventually everyone will walk down this path, as in, believe in Christ Jesus with faith only and gain salvation.

salvation.”

σωτήριον (sōtērion)

Adjective - Accusative Neuter Singular

Strong's 4992: Saving, bringing salvation; subst: salvation. Neuter of the same as soteria as noun; defender or defence.

Believe in Christ Jesus with faith alone and thus everyone will go to Heaven by become believers in faith alone to Him. Everyone will have the Holy Spirit go inside of them and dwell inside of them permanently to make themselves free of sin. All of their sins will be washed away by the Blood of Christ, who died on the cross and was resurrected 3 days later. Amen.

Psalm 65:2-4 "0 You Who hear prayer, to you ALL flesh will come. Iniquities prevail against me; as for our transgressions, you will provide atonement for them."

Titus 2:14 "Who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto Himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.

Titus 2:14 appears as such in different translations

NIV: who gave himself for us to redeem us from all wickedness and to purify for himself a people that are his very own, eager to do what is good.

"a people" is how it appears here, without the word "peculiar"

New Living Translation takes it a step further and says

He gave his life to free us from every kind of sin, to cleanse us, and to make us his very own people, totally committed to doing good deeds.

Interesting, so the people that will be saved from

Titus 2:11 For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation to all people

...will be God's very own people! How will God have them as His "very own"? Because the Holy Spirit, who is God, will be inside each and every one of them!

And as well, it states "cleans us from every kind of sin". So that means that absolutely zero sin remains! But wait a minute, if God doesn't save everyone, then that means there's sin that's still left out there. Thus, we can deduce the following my friends: Every creature will become believers in Christ Jesus and be washed of all their sins and henceforth they will be God's "very own" people

And like my friend FineLinen would oftentimes say "All = all" :)

all

πάσης (pasēs)

Adjective - Genitive Feminine Singular

Strong's 3956: All, the whole, every kind of. Including all the forms of declension; apparently a primary word; all, any, every, the whole.

The WHOLE world of sin. ALL people's sin. Every kind of sin. All forms of sin.

lawlessness

ἀνομίας (anomias)

Noun - Genitive Feminine Singular

Strong's 458: Lawlessness, iniquity, disobedience, sin. From anomos; illegality, i.e. Violation of law or wickedness.

And this reveals all those who are lawless will be seen as righteous before the law! How? By believing in Christ Jesus with faith alone, like how Abraham believed in God and was seen as righteous

Now let's examine the people line

a people

λαὸν (laon)

Noun - Accusative Masculine Singular

Strong's 2992: Apparently a primary word; a people

Looking through the list above we can see an instance of this appearing in Revelations

Revelation 21:3 N-NMP

GRK: καὶ αὐτοὶ λαοὶ αὐτοῦ ἔσονται

NAS: among them, and they shall be His people, and God

KJV: shall be his people, and God

INT: and they peoples his will be

Very interesting because Revelations reveals to use that EVERY CREATURE will be worshipping Christ. How? Because they will all have the Holy Spirit in them! God is so clean that they must have the Holy Ghost inside them to be in His presense, since He does not and can not tolerate sin.

Rev. 5:13 "EVERY CREATURE which is in heaven and on the earth and under the earth and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, I heard saying: blessing and honor and glory and power be to Him who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb, forever and ever."

God loves every person, every creature. Right now, not everyone believes in Him, but Revelations reveals to use that eventually, every creature will be praising Jesus! Praising Him out of happiness, because they were all saved by the Lamb :biggrin

Christ will save every creature. All people will become believers in Christ, the Lamb, and be saved. And all will be permanently blessed by having the Holy Spirit dwell inside them :)
