Hell

The wages of sin is death,period...........Now since all will die of the flesh which is the first death, the 2nd death can only be of the soul........

Could you define what you mean by soul?

Well, see, that's the problem when people speak about hell what do they mean?

May the Lord's blessing be on you this evening -

Thank you for the continuous reply's. I look at this differently and not that my view is right or wrong, I just view this differently.. Where you see a "problem", I see opportunity for the right person to elaborate on any side of every meaning that may describe "Hell". In doing so those who are less educated (as myself) in this subject may acquire knowledge to grow in Christ, the Word and ultimately in faith.

What is Hell

I. Is it a literal place? Matthew 25:46

a. Outer darkness Matthew 25:30
b. Lake of fire Revelation 20:14
c. Bottomless pit Revelation 9:1

II. Are there different degrees of Hell?

a. Rewards lost
b. Different holdings cells
c. Different dimensions

Also..

What is your opinion of this hot (no pun intended) topic? Many Church's today do not teach on this subject, many Church's today feel that if they teach on Hell that basically they are trying to scare someone into faith. What are your thoughts?
I think hell is the circumstances we find ourselves in when we sin.

True, however, there is also the possibilty of being lead into error. It would be best to draw a conclusion based on what the Scriptures say hell is.
