Hello Christian Forum people,

I'm Tim W, and I just signed up on this forum today.

I am a Christian, although I've been told that I am a heretic - ALOT.
That doesn't really faze me though. :biglol

Hi Tim and it's good to have you with us here at CF.net. Heritic? Well I reckon the proof is in the pudding and hopefully we have fellowship that will glorify God. May God bless you here in Jesus' name. :wave

Welcome to CFnet, TimothyW :wave Hope you enjoy your time in fellowship with us :yes

Don't worry about what others call you, for you know the truth! I was once called a 'Yankee' ... of course, that wasn't truth at all ... and as I told them, "That's the only MLB team I cheer for to lose!"

Blessings!

Welcome. I will let you describe the hidden man of the heart, and let that help me know...

By the way that is just to say that anyone that does not think just like us is usually branded heretic

We have differing callings that seem strange to others.

Again welcome

Welcome Τιμοθεος !

Which is the greek name for Timothy and means "honouring God" and you honor God by being here. Praise the Lord brother, I hope you enjoy your stay here and are much edified by our members.

That's also my username on another theology online forum. I've been learning Koine for about 4 years now.

It is difficult, like learning any language is. But no more difficult than learning a modern language. For me it was easier than Spanish, because it's written, not spoken. I can take as long as I need to understand a sentence. But I'm still not fluent. And I am definitely not fluent in Spanish. I gave up on that.
I read a chapter a day in Greek. I struggle, but it is rewarding.
This started as something to do at night when I can't sleep. I have mild insomnia.

Hi, so nice of you to join us in this forum. I am quite new to this forum too. Anyway I am 26 and I'm from Singapore. I am a first generation Christian in my family and I went through a series of persecution from my family members before they finally acknowledged my faith. Anyway hope you have a blessed time in this forum! ;)
