Hi! My name is Colin. I'm thirteen years old currently, soon to be fourteen on the eighteenth of June. I'm signing up for Christian Forums because I'm interested I would love to expand my knowledge of the Lord. My mother and I are both big believers, and I was hoping to have her sign up here with me. Currently, I live in Texas, and she lives in California. My parents are divorced, and I'm living with my dad's parents. I would love to get to know some people here, and if you have any questions for me, ask away! Thank you!

Hi Colin,
My daughter met Jesus when she was your age.
She still loves Jesus to this day and does her best to live a life that would be pleasing to Him.

I think it's wonderful to know God at such an early age. It'll save you from a lot of mistakes, and even when you make them and you get hurt by this world, you'll always have someone to explain why things are the way they are.
(God!)

So you continue on your path. It's a good path.
I like Proverbs 3:5-6

Here's a question for you:
Why is knowing God important for all of us?
Do you think it's more important to know Him at an early age or later on in life?

Welcome!

Hi Brother Colin, it's great you have you join this Christian forum to be in fellowship with us in our love of God. May He richly bless you here as we grow together in our knowledge of Jesus, and I'm very interested in your posts.

I have a passion for youth - I was once a youth minister many moons ago. I love the fire of God's Spirit for the youth in this world. Colin I would like to welcome you here. The staff and the people are great, but like any Internet forum we have crazy people too :screwloose2 ROFL

We hope you enjoy your stay here. We have a lot of knowledge to share so don't be afraid to ask us anything!
God Bless young brother

hi and welcome. I'm glad you're a believer at such a young age, and I'm thankful that your mother is saved, also.

Anyway...glad you're here at CFnet. I hope God can use us here at the forum to facilitate His work in your life.

Hey! Thanks for taking the time to respond. I believe that knowing God is important for all of us because if we didn't, there would be no one to guide us from right or wrong. Knowing god at an early age would be the best way to go about things because, as you stated, it will prevent ample amounts of mistakes.
