Its great to join the forum and it looks like a great community

I am based in the UK and have a particular interest in online Christian websites and other initiatives designed to spread the Gospel and help people in different need.

Can I ask is there a best section on the site to chat about these topics or is the general chat room best?

Hi Brother Paul and welcome to this Christian fellowship. Are you seeking to reach unbelievers with the gospel, or discuss doctrines with various denominations.
The two largest forums for discussion are "Apologetics & Theology, and Christian Talk & Advice."
I find non-Christians distributed near equally around the different forums. Many are attracted to End Times theology.

I would say The Lounge is the more highly traffic area and it is suitable for any sort of fellowship. I would try them all personally.

Sadly, our chat room is not running yet. I don't even remember a chat room, now that I think of it.

Welcome though, glad to have you with us.

I would like to integrate voice chat into a forum, been looking into that for my Forum. I have two chat room software's on my Christian forum and a shout box, I am not sure how it holds up under lots of traffic though. Since I am so busy with family, ministry, work, I have not had any time to do anything with my forum.

It's up, but I am not messing with it right now. If folks want to just use the chat there, all good. I don't have a mod team either, and not exactly sure, or if I am going to promote it. I made it to be ready, as faith gets ready.
