HIS Gifts and Promises are without repentance. God's Gifts and Promises are without repentance. I overheard a preacher say this. He said it's scriptural (however he said he heard other preacher misapply the verse). I can't find the verse. :help

(Luke 13:3) I tell you, no; but unless you repent you will all likewise perish.
 
Romans 11 29 NKJV For the gifts and calling of God are irrevocable. Be sure to read in context that and the next chapter.

Yep. The context is this ...
Rom 11:21-22 For if God did not spare the natural branches, He may not spare you either. Therefore consider the goodness and severity of God: on those who fell, severity; but toward you, goodness, if you continue in [His] goodness. Otherwise you also will be cut off.
