No, that was his take on it. And it sounds plausible to me. However, Mr. Van Kampen died and we are unable to ask him anymore questions on the subject.

PS: What else should I read on the pre-wrath view?

Not troubled at all. Why should I be? His reasons for believing so are documented and I agree with them. Who else in history fits all the prerequisites of an Antichrist? Great military leader, anti-jewish (some 6,000,000 killed), a lineage that probably traces all the way back to Japheth, a fatal wound to the head. I know I am missing a few.

Besides, it's more convincing than some of these USA, New York, Rome, Gates, Prince Charles, etc. theories that have been going around over the decades. I will admit though, the Prince Charles one is a good one.

You can't see the plaque, but it says, "Savior of the World". :o
