I have been mentally exhausted to the point of feeling weak. God reminded me this morning, for when I am weak, He then makes me strong!

Dear Sister Jesus_Is_His_Name, as God's continuing work, our need becomes the very stimulus that
brings us to call on Him.
Heb 4:16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.
2 Cor 12:9 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

Psalms 121:3-5
He will not allow your foot to be moved;
He who keeps you will not slumber.
Behold, He who keeps Israel
Shall neither slumber nor sleep.
The Lord is your keeper;
The Lord is your shade at your right hand.

Your Father in heaven will give you rest. When you lay your weary head on your pillow pray for sleep.
Whilst you sleep he watches over you, he doesn't sleep and is working his purpose.

Rest and sleep is so important, without it we struggle and can't cope.
