Bible Study Holy Spirit

I have windows 8.1, but the problem is the old copper phone lines that Verizon will not change, but to only keep repairing them. I could get dish satellite for the internet, but I'm not paying $100.00 a month for it. I can open videos, but it takes hours for them to download. It is what it is and maybe we will find another place to rent next summer that has DSL available.

It isn't necessary for it to be in the Bible in order to be a useful term when referring to God.
The Father is God. Jhn 6:27
The Son is God. Jhn 1:1
The holy Spirit is God. Act 5:3-4
There is only one God. Isa 45:5-6
The Father, Son and Holy Spirit are that one God.

trinity i see it like this the Egg you have the shell the egg white and the yoke. take any of the 3 away you no longer have the egg..john 3:16 For GOD #1 so loved the world he gave his only SON #2 then he said he would send the comforter # 3 so it takes all 3 working together ..but then again i see things different than most..

Years ago we use to say the Trinity was like 3 in 1 oil as it had different uses, but yet came out of one container

I think the disciples and prophets and sons and daughters use the same spiritual gifts. In the OT the speaking was rare. Today I hear daughters speak forth the word of God. Is there some abuse? Yes. Is some of it real? Yes.

Not sure what you mean about abuse can you expand on that please, Thank you.

Trinity (Father, Son, Holy Spirit) has been before the foundation of the world. It has no need to be fully developed nor ever challenged as to what it is, but yet many debate it, dissect it and put it under a microscope to understand it. John 1:1-14; 14:15, 16 explains the Trinity without going into any great detail.

The Pharisees and Scribes thought they did away with this man named Jesus, but did not realize that one of the promises God made with Abraham was that he would never leave or forsake his own. Jesus also told his disciples about how he had to go and be with the Father and if they would keep his commandments the Father would give them another comforter that would be with them forever and teach them all things and bring those things back to their remembrance.

I have no one in mind as I make my answer.

In particular: (about abuse)
I was referring to order (where tongues had no intrepretation).
And
Some visions seem to not fit scripture.

I have observed some sons in what I consider out of order situations too.

I have never been to a modern prophet stoning. (I think Christians do not stone others).

Anti-rust agent
Penetrating fluid
Lubricant

Get to the issue of being bound (sin)
Free from sin (Jesus))
Keep things moving without friction

There must be an age issue with me too.

The moon reflects light
The plant that grows runs on light energy.

The Godhead shares a common goal (Lords prayer), but has separate individuals.

As members of the body of Christ we share the hope / faith / reality of eternal life.

Some preach about sin
Some preach about redemption
Some preach of empowerment

We all want health in the body:
Nutrients to be digested (bible study)
Immune system to fight disease (Jesus)
Skin to present non bloody contact with others.(love).

Plop any organ on a table and it looks beastly. Combine organs in a skin sack and they can be a thing of beauty. Reality thearpy works, but it sure needs love to surround it.

My wife reminds me how crude my approach is. I just make a mess with my blunt approach. Of course I remind her that peace peace where there is no peace is not good either. I suppose if the two of us are covered with skin we do better as a unit.

Rednecks need finess.

Without the surrounding skin (God, Jesus, Holy Spirit) all the parts would fall out and be corrupted never seeing the Kingdom of God.

Ok evaluate this:

Colossians 2:9 KJV
For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.

Human body with:
Mind, will, emotions
Will of father done with his body
Clothed with light (transfiguration)
Father in heaven (Lord’s Prayer)
Holy Spirit on him

The kingdom is on the inside of us. When the law is in our hearts and mind, and we allow the Holy Spirit inside (quickening spirit).

I want so much to discuss and not let any of us get uptight.

This all becomes beyond who / what we see clearly.

The word became flesh - Jesus:
All creation, law, prophecy.

Jesus became a quickening spirit - which enters us. Revelation 3:20

Jesus is the fullness of God as being the same Spirit that is God.
John 10: 30 I and my Father are one.

Being indwelled with the Holy Spirit through the Spiritual rebirth of John 3:5-7 is being indwelled with God's Spirit that makes us one body with Him.
Colossians 3:1 If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. 2 Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. 3 For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. 4 When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.
 
The disciples could not understand with their carnal minds what Jesus was teaching them, but they knew he was a prophet sent from God and accepted the authority and power which he taught with through miracles, signs and wonders. It would not be until the Spirit of God (Jesus) was taken up out of the tomb and revealed to the hearts of those who believed on him that the same Spirit (Holy Spirit) would be sent back down to dwell in the hearts of those who believed.Romans 8:6, 7; Acts 1:1-8; 2:1-4.

69 And we believe and are sure that thou art that Christ, the Son of the living God.

It is amazing that the disciples could sort of get some things, but understanding suffering was not yet given to them.

The religious leaders of the day missed:
Their personal sin
The righteousness in Christ
The coming judgement

To be a witness the Holy Spirit has to lead us into all aspects of everything Christ Jesus commanded. Our flesh resists, but we are firm in belief at the last trump - we will be changed. Here lies the sometimes separation of thoughts. I reckon things done I do not yet see.

We can say we know Jesus just by reading about Him, but it takes the Holy Spirit to truly reveal who Christ is within us.

Romans 8:9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. 10 And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. 11 But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.
