This is what the nations will do to Jerusalem in that day. Not what God does!

God defends Jerusalem.

Zechariah 14:3 Then shall the LORD go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle...

The verses then go on to say that then God establishes peace and that Jerusalem will be safely inhabited.

Zechariah 14:9-11 And the LORD shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one LORD, and his name one. All the land shall be turned as a plain from Geba to Rimmon south of Jerusalem: and it shall be lifted up, and inhabited in her place, from Benjamin's gate unto the place of the first gate, unto the corner gate, and from the tower of Hananeel unto the king's winepresses. And men shall dwell in it, and there shall be no more utter destruction; but Jerusalem shall be safely inhabited.

The fools that perish will do so in spite of our Great and Awesome God and the love He has demonstrated.

John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

John 3:17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

John 3:18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

1. The bible calls them fools and we go by what the bible says.

2. The bible speaks truth not palatability.

where have i blasphemed? i've been nothing but respectful to virtually everyone here, and have been quick to issue an apology when it is warrented. all i have done is ask questions and clarify existing positions and notions.

what you are doing is not "tough love", it's simply being rude and offensive.

assume i'm mentally retarded. this shouldn't be a stretch for you (ha, ha). how do you deal with me? do you scream "idiot" at the top of your lungs whenever i do something wrong? hit me? what? certainly, i am an idiot in this example, objectively so. if you were to call me as such, you would not be incorrect. is this the correct path though? certainly not. you would attempt to explain concepts to me, as though i were a child.

Why don't you PM BB and ask him what he thinks about the person that practices sin against God which would include homosexuality. I guarantee you that he will tell you that he sees the homosexual sin as being an abomination against God, and a deception of temptation to deliver one from an eternity with Jesus Christ to an eternity in the lake of fire with the devil himself.

BB hates the sin that is propagated as something that cannot be avoided. This is a lie from the enemy, and the enemy is out to destroy whoever he can.

If your most loved individual in the world came to you and said that he/she was involved in an activity that was going to keep them from salvation, would you tell them that they were ok in their lifestyle and they'd be ok; or would you warn them that they were on the wrong path and going to end up in an eternity apart from God?

Fornication is illicit sexual intercourse. The men of Sodom and Gomorah liked to have sex with other men.

God calls this practice an abomination and unnatural.

Have you ever thought, Solo, that, had they lived, they may have turned to God eventually? god is GATHERING all of the nations, to go forth and rape and steal and murder. this is like telling your kid to go steal your neighbors tv, so you can watch it. God is using humans as pawns here. No, god himself isn't the one murdering and raping, he is telling others to do it.

Well you don't have to worrly about it. The thread is locked. No fault of yours... it is a "group" effort that is causing me to lock it. Topics that can't be discussed maturely will get the same treatment.
