This Memorial Day weekend we should honor the service of our veterans. But it's now an all volunteer military. We shouldn't be volunteering to go somewhere where we're killing innocent people. Like Iraq and Afghanistan. We shouldn't be killing 1,000,000 Iraqis because some didn't like Saddam Hussein. The Iraqis don't want us there any more, even the anti-Saddam Iraqis now in power, so it's time to get out completely as we agreed.
And we have no business in Afghanistan. The truth is Osama bin Laden didn't do 9/11. No airplane hit the Pentagon - the hole in the Pentagon wasn't big enough for that. The two Twin Towers were apparently hit by airplanes, but we know in our hearts the truth is that the spilt jet fuel from those airplanes didn't blow up those buildings - bombs preplanted inside those buildings did, as well as World Trade Center building #7, which was never hit by anything at all.
The Bible says "Thou shalt not kill." We shouldn't be having two or three wars going on at the same time, and threatening other countries like Iran, North Korea, Venezuela, and the Sudan. We have people in charge now who don't care about human life at all - except their own. God hates violence and torture, yet we have dozens of Roman Catholics in our Congress today who are following the Pope instead of Jesus Christ and the Bible. That's not real Christianity, my friends. Real Christians should be voting against wars and torture, not for modern Holy Wars and Inquisitions.
We shouldn't let them get away with trying to pull off another repeat of the whole Iraq fiasco with Iran. Greater and greater sanctions until they can't import hardly anything and then invade them any way. Based on lies. No weapons of mass destruction were found. Saddam Hussein had been telling the truth and it was Mr. Bush and his administration who were lying. There is no proof Iran is trying to build an atom bomb. If they were they wouldn't be willing to send half their nuclear fuel to Turkey for reprocessing. The fact that the United States government didn't welcome that move with open arms proves the US knows they aren't trying to build an atom bomb and are just trying to build up an excuse for another Iraq style invasion. Maybe that's why there are so many troops now in Afghanistan, that doesn't want them there any more than Iraq.
Maybe that's why Mr. Obama and Israel are sending more ships into the Persian Gulf. We're now spending a record 1 trillion dollars plus military budget every year. And we can't afford that, we're borrowing the money, so that's destroying our economy. Just look at photos of these Afghan "terrorists" we're fighting. Most of them look like they couldn't afford an airplane ticket over to the United States. You know they didn't do 9/11 and they're no real threat now. The Bible says "woe to them who condemn and kill the just" in James chapter 5. The founding fathers of the United States were real Christians and believed that all men are created equal and are endued by their Creator with inalienable rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. They wouldn't have gone along with indefinite detention without habeas corpus for anyone, not just non US citizens. See http://www.chick.com/reading/tracts/1025/1025_01.asp
