A few possibilities:

1. A guy parked his vehicle and when they came back, someone had built a building around it.

2. The driver was attempting the Tokyo Drift and it went really, really wrong.

3. This is a parking garage and the SUV fell through the floor above onto the pass-through.

4. In a freak physics accident, two students proved it is possible for one solid object to pass through another if the molecules are aligned correctly.

5. I'm not sure, but somewhere there's a 16-year-old looking at a long-term grounding.

As a point of fact "The Club" would never suffice in any car. If you carry a bolt cutter or hack saw you can just cut through the steering wheel.

The AutoLock is a much better device.
