We probably live in different countries so the laws and rules and regulations will be different. I do know real estate professionals usually ask first out of courtesy and respect if they want to take photos of peoples houses or enter there property with there drones for any reason.

These are some drone rules where i was living.

Don't fly over private land, such as farms or houses, unless the owner says it's OK.

Get consent of the property owner or person in charge of the land you want to fly over.

Check with your local council before flying in public places like parks and reserves.
