How is it that these devils could believe they seen the Son of God in the flesh? Are they of God?

As I was saying before, 1 John is speaking to the human spirits that are listening to the Supernatural. The antichrist spirit will not see the truth of Jesus ( the literal Son of God) to do what he did and be who he said he is.

You can't get to the point of being ONE with him, if you don't even know who he is and his purpose.

John 6:29 Jesus answered, "The work of God is this: to believe in the one he has sent." ~ talking about himself
John 3:19-21 This is the verdict: Light has come into the world (talking about himself), but men loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that his deeds will be exposed. But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what he has done has been done through God."

The demons can't stand the light and those people who do evil, don't want the real truth of Christ. Jesus himself is the true light.

Thanks, Gary, I think I got it,lol.
Satan believes this, always wanted to destroy the Christ seed.
Thus, the question is,
Is Satan of God?
All angels, including all demons, including the devil himself, are "of God" in the sense that He created all of them.

It is not me that is deceived.
2 Cor 13:5
5 Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates? KJV

What do you think IN YOU means? Are you flesh?
The deception is the thinking that 2 Cor 13:5 is challenging Christians to examine themselves to determine IF they are saved, which is lordship salvation in a nutshell.

Rather, Paul was challenging believers (already saved) to examine themselves to see if they are living the faith. That is what "be in the faith" refers to.

Consider this: it makes no sense to look inward to determine whether one is saved. We need to look outward TO Jesus Christ to determine whether we're saved.

This is how to determine whether you have eternal life or not:

1 Jn 5:13 - These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, so that you may know that you have eternal life (are saved).

Those who believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God have eternal life.
