My knowledge seems to be outdated on dinosaur vision. However, I am sticking with the brain because most dinosaurs actually we're quite dumb.

Some might have been. But the predators were as large-brained as early mammals, and Ornithomimus had a brain (scaled up) that was comparable to those of modern birds.
