You're talking about the timing of the "great tribulation". So it's important to stay with what God's Word reveals about it.
Mark 13:9-13
9 But take heed to yourselves: for they shall deliver you up to councils; and in the synagogues ye shall be beaten: and ye shall be brought before rulers and kings for My sake, for a testimony against them.
These Mark 13 events are linked with the seven seals of Rev.6. There will be a time during the tribulation (I think at the very end), when Christ's elect servants that stay faithful to Him, will be delivered up to the enemy to give His witness.
10 And the gospel must first be published among all nations.
The Greek word for "published" there is 'kerusso', and it means to proclaim after the manner of a herald. It's the town criers of old who'd get up on a soap box in the town square to cry a warning of danger. I know most only condsider that verse in relation to The Gospel going to all nations before the very end, but the Greek word also shows a link to these being delivered up to give Christ's witness before all nations, i.e., at a certain period.
11 But when they shall lead you, and deliver you up, take no thought beforehand what ye shall speak, neither do ye premeditate: but whatsoever shall be given you in that hour, that speak ye: for it is not ye that speak, but the Holy Ghost.
When Peter spoke before the multitudes from different nations gathered on Pentecost, each person heard him speak in their own dialect of their own language of birth. That's the true cloven tongue this is speaking about, The Holy Spirit speaking through Christ's servants, giving that Witness for Christ against them.
12 Now the brother shall betray the brother to death, and the father the son; and children shall rise up against their parents, and shall cause them to be put to death.
13 And ye shall be hated of all men for My name's sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

That hatred is starting to pile up in our times today, not just in primarily non-Christian nations, but also among many within Christ's Body because of all the confused false doctrines the enemy is spreading. When it gets bad enough that "brother shall betray brother to death, and the father the son, and children shall rise up against their parents", that's when we will see a repeat of operations like Nazi Germany, Stalin's Communist Russia, etc.
The thing to especially remember when that time does come on earth, is the example of Daniel in the lion's den, and Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego being preserved by Christ when thrown in the hot fiery furnace heated seven times hotter that necessary (Dan.3).
We've still got a ways to go before the times will get that serious. Yet it could come very quickly. It is only now that the world leaders within our own nation have finally decided to start cutting off radio and TV coverage of Christian Church services.
When that time does come, how many will remain faithful to our Lord Jesus and keep His Word as written? Brother turning in brother, fathers turning in their sons, and children turning in their parents, is exactly the kind of thing that happenned in Nazi Germany and Stalin's Russia.
The deceived today who will put their trust in THIS world will see anyone against the idea of "world peace" as a threat, especially when a false messiah appears on the scene working great signs and miracles to deceive with, saying he's God (Rev.13:11 >; 2 Thess.2). If the deceived believe that false one is Messiah, they will think anyone who refuses to believe as wicked, and deserving to be destroyed. That's the kind of times that are coming upon this earth before The Lord Jesus Christ does return to end it.
