I don’t know why He chose to do it that way, but that is the way it is?

Truly, these times of ignorance God overlooked, but now commands all men everywhere to repent, Acts 17:30

ALL MEN EVERYWHERE!

This fellow has not really understood Ephesians 2:1-10, in which Paul says we are dead in our sins (verses 1-3), God raises us up to believe by God's grace (verses 4-9), and are given responsibilities as a result (verse 10).

It's not for anyone to say God's help is not enough. Roman's makes it pretty clear. People refuse to repent no matter how much God helps them because they love their evil ways..
I admit McArthur's answer is pretty lame but he is not wrong and I tend to believe more calvinistic than not.

k, mcA and calv are at the core misleading, toward chaos or destruction of souls, instead of toward Jesus.
Yes, because evil ways are loved, throughout the world, everywhee.

Act17:30 In the past God overlooked such ignorance, but now he commands all people everywhere to repent. 31 For he has set a day when he will judge the world with justice by the man he has appointed. He has given proof of this to everyone by raising him from the dead.”

The command isn't just addressed to Men but to all men and women.

The most ignored command in the history of earth.
The Lord knows who are His.
He knew who would repent before He made the earth.
Calvanism is not a path to Hell

The question from the video is about Acts 17:30

Truly, these times of ignorance God overlooked, but now commands all men everywhere to repent. Acts 17:30

God desires all men to repent and be saved.
