I’m 38. 38 isn’t old but I think it’s middle aged or very close. And.,,
I used to be prematurely aged, it wasn’t all sins and poor decisions. I don’t know what it was…nutrition or lack of necessary nutrients? Stress depletion of vitamins? Shrug
At 16 I graduated high school and i already looked late teens maybe even 20. I dunno
I’m 38 now and I look younger than most 38 year old men and…?
Parents asked me if I was dyeing my hair. My hair is thick and wavy now. It was once thin and brittle. So the answer is a definite no in large part because I developed a n allergy to hair dye years ago and stopped messing with it. And…
The big big big blessing is good health. The wrinkle free skin and good hair and all are nice…very nice…but secondary to good health.
I dunno Jesus saves. Sometimes He sees fit to heal. At 38 I wonder if I’m having a low budget midlife crisis but…
I’m just living a quiet thankfully peaceful life. I do take handfuls of antioxidants and vitamins but I’ve done that for over 10 years now, long story…I don’t know if it’s part of what’s happening but it doesn’t seem to harm me at all…
I was driving to my parents house in their small town and a man my age was walking with his mother and I overheard him talking about me getting a chemical peel and…?
I’m thankful to be made healthy and decidedly not prematurely aged. I just..,don’t know what to make of this that’s all. I think I have the maturity level of late 20s to early 30s so maybe that part of the reason I’ve been made younger looking? A blessing and a way to build from here?
I dunno I’m thankful my only so called problem is other people reacting to me of all people being healthy and such but..,
I’m praying moving forward better…
Thank you
