Big box store pick up. It’s not the first time at this store or in the general area but…

I was tired of it and it was especially bad this time. Got my stuff but there were 2…I think one was in training…and they made back and forth comments and I smiled through it but…

2 star review not much in the way of written feedback.

Right? Wrong? I have to shop and such and I don’t think it’s vindictive when it gets that bad. Or have I sinned big time?

Companies like honest feedback as it can help them look into the areas they need to improve in. If you give a star review its always good to give a honest reason why politely.
