I need help!

Recently I went to an online psychic so that I could get help on something. BAD IDEA. But what was worse was that I actually read the email that she sent me containing her "musings." Some things that freaked me out were the fact that she pinpointed my physical location as being in Minnesota (despite giving her a false name) and the part where she describes performing these "rituals" for me and claiming that she had connected with me spiritually while watching over me or something. Anyway, the night she claimed she did that I was in bed trying to sleep when I look up to see some shadowy wispy figure at the foot of the bed watching me. As soon as I saw it though it disappeared. Anyway I just need help as I'm INCREDIBLY worried about this.
 
Ricky, the Lord is more powerful than the devil. Repent, call on Jesus to forgive you for your sin and ask Him to wash you clean by the power of His blood. Ask Him to send you angels to protect you. Reject what the psychic spoke over you, your future etc. in Jesus' name and pray Jeremiah "For I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

You've learned an important lesson on why not to mess with the occult. Now allow the Lord to minister to your heart, heal you and remove the fear from you.

Ricky, it's easy for someone to track down your location by using your IP address. I wouldn't look to deeply into that. Not to discount the spiritual warfare that's going on, especially with psychics. It's good that you recognize that this was a mistake. I'd make sure that you separate yourself from this person for good, have any emails from her sent directly to your Trash, and never "go there" again.
 
I agree with those who have replied so far. Let me add that you need to get into the word of God, especially Ephesians 6:10-18, remembering to place the helmet of salvation on your head which protects your mind from the evil one's penetrating lies.
