If there is only ONE Truth Soma can share... this is it!

I am a 26 year old male.

I can deadlift 475 lbs, squat 500 lbs, bench press 300 lbs.

I have around 10 - 12 percent body fat and weigh 192 lbs.

I run 6 - 12 miles at a time in nature on the weekends and on the Sabbath in nature when I have time.

IF THERE IS ONE FACTOR THAT I CAN SAY IS THE "FOUNDATION" OF MY EXERCISE REGIME AND HEALTH IT IS THIS.....

DRINK ONLY STEAM DISTILLED PURIFIED WATER!

I have done this pretty "religiously" for the past 6 years and my health has SKYROCKED!

I dont get sick.
My joints flow smoothly.
I have lots of energy.

DONT DRINK TAP WATER!

That is all I have to say.

Research it for yourself, but this is my "testimony" on the Truth of PURE WATER.

Not mineralized, not tap, not soda pop.

JUST DISTILLED - 1 - 1 1/2 Gallons a Day!

You will pee like a racehorse but it cleans out impurities and stones of all sorts.

IF YOU HAVE NEWBORNS DO NOT GIVE THEM FLUORIDATED WATER! IT IS POISON!

1 Corinthians 6:19 (New International Version)

19Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own;

I only drink purified water. They starting adding more chlorine to our water to kill the impurities in the water. I can identify with what you are saying. 8-)

I would still recommend drinking only Steam Distilled or Reverse Osmosis water.... purified water often still has particulates which can be found in tap water.

With Distilled you KNOW it is ONLY WATER and nothing else.

soma,

How do you get this kind water?

thanks

Actually it is quite easy!

Next time you go to Safeway, Ralphs, VONS, Wallgreens, etc....

Go to the water aisle and look for gallons of water that say DISTILLED or STEAM DISTILLED.

Arrowhead and Sprakletts both make gallon jugs which are 99 cents a gallon.

Not too bad of a price actually.

Here is a pic of what a good jug looks like.

We drink Sparkletts, it tastes very good. You can also have it delivered to your house. We used to but we just buy at the commissary (the armed forces grocery store) or the regular grocery.

What about well water?

If you live in a pollution free area that would work.

But in cities you have acid rain and nasty stuff that gets in the atmosphere and then rains in your well.

Plus you have the possibility of contams from the earth.

I would stick to distilled or BOIL the well water!

Have tea time with friends over Bible study!

soma-sight...that was more than one truth you shared...I kept hearing an old song by Carly Simon when I read that.

I'll bet you think this song is about you, don't you? :-D

I only drink spring water, I will not drink tap water, I refuse to drink tap water. And it tastes very nasty.

Very nice Soma! We should discuss our differences during a workout someday and finish over a glass of water. :D

I drink the tap water even though they add stuff, it tastes fine. Besides, Canadian water is the standard by which all other water in the world is judged.

and stones of all sorts
:o

I'd echo what Soma said and then add some. (cause I've got a well).

I live in an old farm house and am surrounded by 140 acres of farm land. In our area, there are three different wells you can tap into depending on how much money you have to drill. I beleive the best well to tap into is around 180 feet while the worst is around 40 feet. (mine is around 40...)

Since I live on farm land, I have to remember that the farmers spray their crops... and some of it goes into the water table. I don't really want to drink that. Then there is the mineral content. Our area is full of iron and calcium and there must be a layer of sulfer somewhere in there because this time of year, when the ground is saturated we always have a problem with sulfer. (Hydrogen peroxide clears it right up, don't use bleach).

A few miles from our place, a friend of ours built this nice new house and drilled a nice deep well and their water taste great... they have arsnik...

So it goes to show you that just because you have a well, doesn't mean your getting good water. Good water is something that in our area we have to work at; especially if it comes from a well. My advice if you have a well? Check it once a year, use lots of filters and have a good softner.

We have well water, but we just use it to water our animals and garden and to play in on really hot summer days! 8-)

One word of caution.

If you go for ditilled only, make sure you take a good multi-vitamin and make sure you get all your minerals.

That way you cover all your bases and avoid any defficiencies.

If we could only get baptisms done in distilled than we would really have it made! ;-)

Very nice Soma! We should discuss our differences during a workout someday and finish over a glass of water.

lol,

Beats discussing it over a beer because then we might end up grappling.

lololol..... :P

I see your from Nebraska. Didn't anyone tell you that your calf is now a cow? Put it down make it walk by itself. Seriously , you don't reach that capability on distilled water alone. Fill us in on the rest of your diet and the amount of time spent on maintaining this level of fitness.

lol...

As usual reznwerks sees through the veil. 8-)

I am actually back in Califonia now. But as my diet goes..

I take a lot of Whey Protien with Fat Free Milk or Orange juice.

Vits A 18,000, E 400 IU, C 4,000 mg, Omega - 3, Green Tea Extract, Calcium, Multi Vit, Vit B 6, B 12, Glucosamin Chondriton, MSM, Saw Palmento, (sometimes I cycle with creatine monohydrate or NO2 - a vasodialator, NO STEROIDS!.....

Also I eat a lot of canned tuna (starkist), fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs, toast, salads, vegetarian burgers.

But 1 - 2 gallons of distilled water I believe is the "anchor" of good health and fitness. If your kidneys are not flushed out when you are on this much protein you run the risk of health problems.

I rarely go for more than an hour without 500 ml of distilled water (sometimes with green tea bags infused)

Running and mountaineering give me cardio when I can....

5 days a week for two hours a day in the local gym exercising with weights is how I build muscle mass.....

Oh yes and sleep for 8 - 10 hours a night!

I am surprised there have not been any Dr Strangelove quotes nor jokes posted yet. There are oh so many to choose from.

I drink a gallon of tapwater everyday.

Chlorine is delicious! :-D

I'll drink to that!

All I drink is tap water unless we're on vacation. When we go on vacation or camping, I buy bottled water. The cheap store brand.
