If there is only ONE Truth Soma can share... this is it!

I am surprised there have not been any Dr Strangelove quotes nor jokes posted yet. There are oh so many to choose from.

?????? I have not seen this.

Nikki and others, I would not take this warning and discard it as "Soma-stupidity".... Here are only a FEW of the article I pulled up in less than three minutes!!!!

Mercury in Tuna and Mercury Poisoning from Tuna

We reap what we sow....

Disrespect Mother Nature through pollution and she disrespects you with poison!

I see your from Nebraska. Didn't anyone tell you that your calf is now a cow? Put it down make it walk by itself. Seriously , you don't reach that capability on distilled water alone. Fill us in on the rest of your diet and the amount of time spent on maintaining this level of fitness.

lol...

As usual reznwerks sees through the veil. 8-)

I am actually back in Califonia now. But as my diet goes..

I take a lot of Whey Protien with Fat Free Milk or Orange juice.

Vits A 18,000, E 400 IU, C 4,000 mg, Omega - 3, Green Tea Extract, Calcium, Multi Vit, Vit B 6, B 12, Glucosamin Chondriton, MSM, Saw Palmento, (sometimes I cycle with creatine monohydrate or NO2 - a vasodialator, NO STEROIDS!.....

Also I eat a lot of canned tuna (starkist), fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs, toast, salads, vegetarian burgers.

But 1 - 2 gallons of distilled water I believe is the "anchor" of good health and fitness. If your kidneys are not flushed out when you are on this much protein you run the risk of health problems.

I rarely go for more than an hour without 500 ml of distilled water (sometimes with green tea bags infused)

Running and mountaineering give me cardio when I can....

5 days a week for two hours a day in the local gym exercising with weights is how I build muscle mass.....

Oh yes and sleep for 8 - 10 hours a night!
You're on all the goodies, aren't you? ;) You young folk with all your time and energy to spend in the gym...makes me jealous. I do applaud you for not taking steroids.

I can't help but notice all the links to bad tuna and that you stated that you eat a lot of tuna.

No one forget this water though:

John 4:14
But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.

I would say that if you were taking that many supplements and vitamins and not drinking large amounts of water you definately would be in trouble.
Be careful with megavitamin use, there are definately toxic levels to them as well, especially vitamin A and B.

NO2 - a vasodialator
What is this. The only vasodialators I have ever heard of are for heart conditions. But for a person who is trying to be fit I don't see any benefit physiologically.

When I was lifting creatine did help me, but my kidneys are in bad shape so I think I'll stay away from it. It also gave me the worst smelling gas on earth. :-D
